Another campaign event

I went to a campaign event with Roger tonight and it was relaxing...it wasn't for Roger! This one was a fund raiser for Senator Bill Posey who is running for Congress. Roger and I have been told so many times that I needed to meet Katie Posey, Bill's wife, but we knew they were busy with their own campaign, so we never pursued. Well, tonight I spoke with Katie for a long time. She is exactly as she has been described...nice, forthright, and compassionate. It was great getting to know her. Her husband has been in politics for a long time, so she has tons of experience. She was full of wonderful advice and encouragement. I now have her cell phone number and email address and an invitation to call anytime. Thank you, Katie.
